Riwaz Rana Magar, 7, from Jaimini Municipality of the Baglung district of western Nepal. Currently, Niraj is studying in grade 1. Niraj is from the Janjati community. Although Niraj’s family belonged to Jamini Municipality-7, Baglung his family migrated to Butwal. He is an excellent student. His father is a migrant worker and had gone to the Maldives and worked as a labour. His father passed away in the Maldives during the Covid 19 pandemic. Riwaz family had a tremendous financial burden and loan to pay. In such a situation, it is difficult for Riwaz’s family to afford his further studies. Riwaz is at high risk of school dropout. Thus, the Bharosa scholarship could support him to continue his further education so that he doesn’t need to drop out.
