Subidha Thapa, 18, from Galkot, one of the Municipalities in the Baglung district of western Nepal. She is a brilliant student studying in grade 12 at Galkot High School. She is staying with her family. There are 3 members in her family. Her family’s major income source is agriculture, where the income hardly ever supports for 9 months in a year. Subidha is average in her studies. Her father was a farmer and used to support the family. It was due to the Corona pandemic her father died, and the family was left in great dismay. It is now that Subidha has to leave her studies and support for the family. She is not able to afford the expenses for her education. The Bharosa Scholarship could be the best support for Subidha to pursue her higher education.
